Your customers will often have questions before or after a product is shipped or while it is still on the way. How do I pay for it? Can I exchange the product? How do I order the product? These are just a few examples of the kinds of questions that require an immediate answer. Being closely involved in the project, Hexspoor is in the perfect position to act as a point of contact. Naturally, if you wish us to act in this capacity, we will set up a separate telephone line that is only used for your project!

 
   
  Answering questions
Questions relating to things such as payment or the status of a shipment can be answered immediately. If we cannot answer a query immediately, we liaise with the client and get back to the customer as soon as possible.
 
   
  Identifying Frequently Asked Questions
Whatever the project, there are always Frequently Asked Questions. These are questions and queries that are raised more often than others. Hexspoor makes a note of these frequently asked questions and reports back to client. Important information (that may have been omitted) can then be included in any brochure material and on the website.

 
   
  Identifying callers
Who is calling the Customer Service Department? Is it people who are using the product, or people who are considering purchasing the product for the first time? Where did they see your product? On the internet or in an advertisement? Hexspoor will ask the questions and make a note of the answers.
